Company Description Information Security partners with departments to advance technology and third-party information/cyber risk management capabilities that enable the Fund to compete effectively and take advantage of innovative technologies. The security operations team is responsible for security incident management and response, vulnerability management, security awareness and training, email security, data protection, and various other support areas with information security. As a skilled and motivated Security Operation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and troubleshooting Cisco Meraki firewall systems to ensure the security and reliability of our network infrastructure. Your key responsibilities will include designing, configuring, and maintaining Meraki MX firewalls, monitoring network activity, managing and troubleshooting Meraki security tools, analyzing firewall logs, coordinating firewall rule changes, and maintaining accurate documentation. You will also work with cross-functional teams to support secure deployment of network infrastructure and participate in on-call support rotation. To excel in this role, you should have 4+ years of experience working with Cisco Meraki firewalls and network devices. Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Meraki MX firewalls, SD-WAN, VPNs, and Layer 7 traffic shaping is essential. You should possess a strong understanding of firewall policies, NAT, port forwarding, IDS/IPS, and content filtering, along with familiarity with network protocols and security best practices. Experience with Meraki Dashboard and APIs is a strong plus, and Cisco certifications such as Cisco Meraki CMNA are preferred.
