1.Responsible for business development, marketing, channel operation and management in the Ahmadabad region of India.
2.Responsible for sales team's sales target setting, implementation and effect evaluation.
3.Responsible for writing yearly market planning and industry insight reports for the responsible business area.
4.Responsible for the daily management of the local sales team in India and the capacity building of team members, reporting regularly (weekly/monthly/yearly) to the China headquarter to ensure that sales targets are met.
1. Industry experience: Over 4 years of background in the industrial automation industry, with OEM and project sales experience, and in-depth insights into the market, industry, and customers.
2. Product experience: Familiar with UPS, PAC products and competitors, able to flexibly develop marketing strategies based on product homogeneity and differentiation.
3. More than 3 years of experience in team-management, with a minimum management range of 5 people, to achieve the sales target of not less than 50cr.
