Job Description

You will be playing a critical role as a NOC Engineer with experience in NOC operations, alarm monitoring, and troubleshooting RAN/Core technologies. Your responsibilities will include timely alarm monitoring, conducting network health checks, providing support to field teams for network integration and commissioning, and ensuring fast rollout and network upkeep to enhance RAN/Core KPIs and network quality for customers. Collaborating with cross-functional NOC teams will be essential to ensure the successful delivery of network projects. Your key responsibilities will involve troubleshooting and resolving faults, diagnosing and troubleshooting RAN/Core network issues, coordinating with OEM support teams for resolved cases, and ensuring proper closure of tickets from regional and cross-functional teams. Additionally, you will need to have a good command of English communication, a strong understanding of RAN/CORE basic architecture, and be willing to work in a 24x7 shift. In summary, as a NOC Engineer, you will be instrumental in maintaining network availability, improving KPIs, and ensuring the seamless operation of network elements to deliver high-quality services to customers.,
