Project Role : Network Operations Representative Project Role Description : Design specialist solutions in line with business needs. Act as a service fulfillment and program SME and be accountable for tracking and reporting performance measurements and SLAs of service fulfillment teams to the client. Deliver business value to the project and work with clients on performance and process optimization. Must have skills : Enterprise Network Operations Good to have skills : Network Infrastructures, Cloud Network Operations Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As part of Network Operations, you will be responsible for managing a Hybrid Enterprise network Infrastructure in line with business needs. Your typical day will involve working with Enterprise Network Operations and collaborating with clients on incident management, service fulfillment teams and delivering business value to the project. You will also be expected to contribute towards process optimization, service improvements, and performance related measurements/reporting. Roles & Responsibilities:1 - Provide operational support for a hybrid WAN/LAN/Cloud (IaaS) environment operating 7 x 24 x 3652 - Monitor and Troubleshoot WAN problems in a global network architecture extending across multiple geographies3 - Troubleshooting and resolve issues on wired and wireless LAN networks4 - Coordinate with Hardware vendors for operational issues5 - Support key network services like DNS, DHCP and AAA6 - Contribute towards Service Improvements/client value adds with an agile mindset. Professional & Technical Skills:1 - Expert hands-on knowledge in enterprise level networking and excellent troubleshooting skills2 - Excellent knowledge of BGP, OSPF and IP protocols in an MPLS and BGP Environment3 - Comprehensive understanding of Layer 2 and 3 protocols4 - Comprehensive understanding of L3 VPNs S2S/C2S from both routers and security platforms like Palo Alto, Juniper SRX, Fortinet5 - Network Automation skill using Python, Ansible or any other Scripting Language6 - AWS, Azure or Google Cloud knowledge preferable Additional Information:1 - Customer service skills and client focus2 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills including an ability to convey technical information using non-technical language3. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Information Technology Operations or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.4- Strong verbal and written communication skills Educational Qualification:1 - BE, BTech, MCA equivalent or above2 - Relevant network/cloud Certification preferable DevOps Qualifications 15 years full time education
