Network Operations Centre Associate

Role Overview: As a Network Operations Associate at SSP, you will be a part of the NOC team responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting the hosting infrastructure and associated services. Your main goal will be to utilize investigative and troubleshooting skills to resolve routine and complex network, computer hardware, and OS issues efficiently while ensuring uptime for all systems. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to the availability management process and perform defined availability management tasks - Analyze service and component availability, reliability, maintainability, and serviceability - Ensure that services and components meet all agreed performance targets and service levels - Implement disaster recovery arrangements and document recovery procedures - Conduct testing of recovery procedures - Assist in investigating and resolving issues related to applications - Assist with specified maintenance procedures Qualifications Required: - At least 1-2 years of work experience in a relevant role - Experience working on a Service Desk and analyzing/resolving client issues, including familiarity with SQL and/or database manipulation techniques - Experience with Dynatrace would be desirable - Knowledge of the Insurance Industry would be desirable - Working knowledge of one or more specified operating systems suitable for SSP's needs would be desirable - Demonstrable knowledge of ITIL standards - ITIL qualified to Foundation Level or significant experience working in a similar role in an ITIL environment - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Organized and methodical in approaching routine and administrative matters - Comfortable with 24*7 shift work Additional Details: SSP is looking for a dedicated individual to join their team as a Network Operations Associate.
