Network Operations Center Engineer

You will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless operations of IT and communication systems as a NOC Engineer / VoIP Engineer. You should be eager to learn new technologies, be prepared to work in rotational shifts, and have exceptional communication skills. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining network and VoIP systems, ensuring the high availability and reliability of IT infrastructure, providing technical support within defined SLAs, handling escalations efficiently with strong problem-solving abilities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient solutions. The ideal candidate should be willing to work in rotational shifts, preferably an engineering graduate, with 0 to 4 years of experience in a relevant domain (freshers are also welcome). Strong communication skills are essential, and the ability to join immediately or within a week is required.
