Network Lead

We are seeking an experienced Network Lead to oversee and optimize our IT infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience managing IT infrastructure, networking.

1. Network Infrastructure Management:

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network solutions using Palo Alto, Cisco, and Meraki technologies.


• Configure and maintain security policies, NAT rules, application control, URL filtering and threat prevention.


• Design, deploy, and manage Cisco Meraki-based network infrastructure with focus on Hub-and-Spoke VPN architecture.


• Configure, optimize, and maintain Auto-VPN tunnels, site-to-site VPNs, and client VPNs on Meraki MX appliances


• Develop and enforce network security policies including firewall rules, VLAN segmentation, and traffic shaping.


• Oversee network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization using Meraki Dashboard and other NMS tools.


• Implement redundancy, failover, and high-availability solutions for business continuity.


• Familiarity with network automation, API integration, and scripting (Python, Ansible preferred).


• Strong troubleshooting skills for VPN issues, tunnel drops, multiple NAT scenarios, and ISP escalations.


• Optimize and troubleshoot network performance to ensure high availability and low latency.


• Manage firewalls, VPNs, and other network security components to protect against external and internal threats.


• Oversee LAN, WAN, and SD-WAN deployments for efficient connectivity across locations.


• Plan and execute network upgrades and scalability projects
  
  
  


• Manage and optimize virtualization environments using VMware, and Proxmox.


• Administer cloud solutions, including hybrid and multi-cloud setups.


• Maintain Linux servers, ensuring robust performance, availability, and security.


• Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions for critical IT systems.


• Deploy, configure, and manage Wazuh SIEM for log collection, monitoring, and alerting across enterprise systems.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.


• 8-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and information security management.

• Virtualization: VMware, Proxmox.


• Operating Systems: Linux and Mac.


• CISSP, CISM, CCNP, or Palo Alto PCNSE certifications are a plus.
