Responsibilities
Primary contact to manage BAU quotation /delivery escalations.Participate in quarterly/monthly reviews with key suppliers around performance.Create vendor performance reports for external meetings and senior management reviews.Identify opportunities to increase business with key vendors through new services and solutions.Conduct periodic audits of processes and metrics & pending action items.Interact with engineering where required to provide inputs around increasing regional network demands and implementation issues.Intervene to solve for major implementation delays to understand roadblocks, address issues and expedite timelines.Drive process improvements in the vendor systems to enable better vendor delivery as per requirements.Conduct supplier access feasibility assessmentsManage Termination and reconciliation of suppliers with all queries & deviations.Manage Inventory Reconciliation of major suppliers on Quarterly basis & other suppliers on periodic intervals. Dispute resolution & periodic engagement.Assess the feasibility of solution offered to customer, in collaboration with Sales and Pre-Sales teams. Support the bid management team by providing input for own area.
Minimum qualification & experience
Graduation or equivalent, Min experience- 4 - 7 year experience in Telecommunication environment, especially experience in managing Telco partners. preferred
Desired Skill sets
Good understanding of Global Telecom Networks, Access Technologies
Vendor managementExperience in Access delivery and access feasibility functions
