Network Engineering Senior Manager

In this role as a Network Engineering Senior Manager at Wells Fargo, you will be responsible for managing and developing teams of individual contributors and managers in roles related to Network Operations. You will provide overall expertise in network operations functions and collaborate with network engineers and the Information Technology Team to design and implement the company's network infrastructure. Your responsibilities will also include hiring, developing, and retaining highly responsive and customer-focused engineers, engaging and influencing stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for process improvement and risk control development. Additionally, you will manage the network, delegate tasks, ensure the networking team performs as a cohesive unit, and determine appropriate strategies to meet deliverables. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and develop teams in Network Operations - Collaborate with network engineers to design and implement network infrastructure - Hire, develop, and retain engineers - Engage and influence stakeholders - Identify opportunities for process improvement - Manage network, delegate tasks, and ensure team cohesion - Determine appropriate strategies for Network Operations team - Develop and implement network security measures - Create a backup disaster recovery plan - Cultivate a culture of talent development Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of Network Engineering experience, or equivalent - 3+ years of management or leadership experience Desired Qualifications: - Experience in Network Operations & Engineering - Management experience with technical experience in Level 3 Network Operations and Engineering - Scripting & Automation Experience - Understanding and Experience in Site Reliability Engineering & its principles - Experience working in multiple regions globally (international experience) is desirable Please note that the job posting for this role will end on 28 Sep 2025.
