Network Engineering Senior Manager

As a Network Engineering Senior Manager at Wells Fargo, you will be responsible for managing and developing teams in Network Operations to maintain the enterprise network. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing overall expertise in network operations functions - Collaborating with network engineers and IT team to design and implement network infrastructure - Hiring, developing, and retaining engineers for effective department operation - Engaging and influencing stakeholders associated with the Network function - Identifying opportunities for process improvement and risk control development - Managing network, delegating tasks, and ensuring networking team performance - Developing policies and procedures for Network functions - Creating and implementing network security measures - Developing a backup disaster recovery plan for network emergencies - Guiding a culture of talent development to meet business objectives Qualifications required for this role include: - 6+ years of Network Engineering experience or equivalent - 3+ years of management or leadership experience Desired qualifications include: - Experience in Network Operations & Engineering in a global environment - Management experience in Level 3 Network Operations and Engineering - Scripting & Automation Experience - Understanding and Experience in Site Reliability Engineering & its principles - Experience working in multiple regions globally Please note that the job posting is valid until 28 Sep 2025.
