The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and intermittently improving our current network configuration and infrastructure. You will design our revamped network infrastructure with the goal of maximizing our network performance. You will also provide troubleshooting and configuration support by using your strong technical skills in Linux and Windows environments and IP networking.
Cisco: Proficiency in configuring and managing Cisco network devices.
NetScaler and F5 Load Balancers: Experience with the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of NetScaler and F5 load balancers.
Fortinet: Knowledge of Fortinet security solutions and their implementation.
Checkpoint Firewalls: Experience with Checkpoint firewall technologies.
VPN Technologies: Proficiency in configuring and managing VPN technologies.
Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS and Azure.
NNMi Monitoring: Experience with Network Node Manager i (NNMi) for network monitoring and management.
ThousandEyes Monitoring: Proficiency in using ThousandEyes for network performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
The contractors will be responsible for a wide range of critical tasks, including the renewal of certificates on NetScaler and F5 load balancers, the clean-up and remediation of several thousand vulnerabilities, general hardware patching, periodic failover testing, and the clean-up of legacy environments.
