l Handle more advance and complex issues that L1 engineers cannot resolve, deeper analysis into network problems and may perform root cause analysis
l Support Configuration and manage Next Gen Firewalls such as Palo Alto, FortiGate, Cisco ASA, FTD. This includes performing changes based on request and project requirements
l Also able to manage & support SASE solutions such as Palo Alto Prisma Access, Zscaler, NetSkope as well as SD-WAN Solutions such as Cisco Viptela, FortiNet SD-WAN, HP SilverPeak
l Manages the incidents escalated from L1 team and coordinate with other teams as necessary to resolve the issues
l Analyze network performance and make recommendations for improvements
l Identify areas of service improvement plan and implement the improvement plan
l Maintain detailed records of network configuration, changes, and incident for future reference
l Maintain the architecture diagram with minimal or less modification as and when design changes
l Perform regular upgrades of network operating systems for all categories
l Supported network solutions
l Prepare the technical implementation plan for all config changes with detailed plan and participate and present it in CAB and get the approval
l Perform and maintain IP address management for all sites including data center
l Perform VPN configuration related changes and troubleshooting
l Support routing changes based on service requests in network devices
l Support and coordinate for any faulty hardware replacement with vendors and plan and replace the hardware with approved change window
l New Line commissioning and link migration in Client office in coordination with regional site contacts
1. Hands on Experience on Managing, administration of Cisco Switches and Routers in LAN/WAN environment
2. Hands on Experience in Managing and Administration of Cisco/Palo Alto/Fortinet Firewalls
3. Hands on Experience in Managing and Administration of Wireless Access Points and Wireless Controllers Cisco Meraki/Aruba
4. Hands On Experience in Managing and Administration of Zscaler Services including ZIA/ZPA/ZTA, Palo Alto Prisma Access
5. Hands on Experience in Managing and Administration of Cisco Meraki Devices, SDWAN & Other SD-WAN solutions
