Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Versa SD-WAN Network Engineer to join our team, responsible for L2 in an SD-WAN environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience troubleshooting, configuring, and optimizing SD-WAN solutions, along with expertise in traditional networking concepts (routing, switching, firewalls, and security policies). Key Responsibilities: L2 Support: • Monitor and troubleshoot SD-WAN networks, ensuring high availability and optimal performance. • Diagnose and resolve incidents related to network connectivity, latency, and performance. • Work with service providers and internal teams for issue resolution and root cause analysis. • Implement network changes as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
