Background:

• Education:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A relevant certification, such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA, CCNP, CCINP) or equivalent, is a plus.
• Associate degree or Diploma in Network Administration or related field is a plus.

• Experience:

• 2 to 5 Years of Network Engineer work experience or as per requirement

• Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and architectures (TCP/IP, VLANs, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, etc.).
• Experience in configuring and managing network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless access points.
• Proficiency in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Knowledge of network security principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with virtualization and cloud networking concepts (e.g., VMware NSX, AWS VPC, Azure Networking) is advantageous.
• Willingness to learn and perform automation in future.

• Functional

• Should have Handson experience in Tools like, Wireshark, Nagios, tool used for Tracing, monitoring and analysis’s purpose, JIRA, Service Now or any other customer tools.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with users and convey technical information clearly.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex network issues.
