We are hiring for Network Engineer at Airtel Please find details: Experience : 1 year+ Job location : Chennai Mode of Interview : Virtual (If your CV gets shortlisted) Note: Network Engineer + routing + switching + TCP PFB JD Network Administrator is the first point of contact for users with network issues, ensuring basic network functionality and providing a foundation for more advanced troubleshooting by higher-level support teams. Monitoring Network Performance: Continuously observe network traffic, identify potential issues, and ensure optimal network performance. Troubleshooting Connectivity Issues: Provide initial support for users experiencing connectivity problems, resolving basic network issues like IP address conflicts, etc. Basic Hardware and Software Configuration: Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network devices like routers, switches, and firewalls, as well as basic software updates and patches. Incident Management: Log, track, and resolve network incidents, ensuring all issues are documented and addressed within agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs). User Support: Provide technical support to end-users, assisting with basic network-related questions and problems. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations and procedures. Security: Monitor network security, identify potential vulnerabilities, and implement basic security measures like firewalls and access controls. Reporting: Generate reports on network performance and incidents, providing insights into network health and potential issues.
