Network Development Manager (NDM)

As a Network Development Manager (NDM) at Jio-bp, your main responsibility is to focus on enhancing network planning, channel account management, and business development in Jaipur, Udaipur, Bikaner, and Ajmer. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth and managing network development strategies across these locations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Evaluate and analyse un-represented/under-represented markets to identify potential business opportunities for setting up new sites. - Monitor new developments, industrial & competitor expansions, and analyze their impact on the existing network to assess new business opportunities. - Evaluate opportunities for network expansion/business development in a defined geography. - Manage channel partners to identify suitable ones with desired real estate & investment capabilities for setting up new sites. - Develop sound business options to enhance growth. - Monitor and track the progress of new site specifications release and take action in line with the company's objectives. - Monitor network health through competitor benchmarking to identify performance improvement opportunities and recommend business cases. - Analyze opportunities for optimization of operations by improving facilities at the existing retail network. - Propose facility augmentation to improve operational efficiencies & customer service. - Secure suitable land parcels for setting up sites through program management. - Manage stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of projects. - Handle site acquisition, lease surrender, and other related court cases to safeguard the company's interests. - Monitor and facilitate channel partner selection following the laid-down process. - Evaluate and assess the financial and business acumen suitability of potential franchisees. - Generate leads in accordance with the Market Area Plan and ensure brand identity compliance. **Qualification Required:** - B.E/B.Tech - MBA is mandatory Join Jio-bp, the Indian fuels and mobility joint venture, to be a part of the vision to become a solution provider of choice for mobility in India, leveraging Reliance's presence and bp's global experience.,
