As a Network Consultant, you will be part of a customer-facing technical service desk, supporting premium service customers with complex networking solutions and stringent SLA requirements. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong foundation in networking technologies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a dynamic environment.

What you will do

• Provide Level 2 technical support for incident management, change management, and fault resolution
• Perform proactive analysis and triage of incidents
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and manage incidents throughout their lifecycle
• Escalate and transfer tickets to appropriate teams when necessary
• Maintain regular communication with customers during incident resolution
• Participate in customer bridge calls and provide real-time updates
• Coordinate with vendors and third parties based on business impact
• Ensure zero process misses and manage ticket queues effectively
• Follow ITIL standards and internal process frameworks

What skills you need

Essential:

• Degree
• CCNA certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Network Operations Centre (NOC)
• Hands-on experience with:
• Routing Protocols: OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, ISIS
• LAN Switching: VLANs, Trunking, STP, PVST
• WAN Technologies: ATM, Frame Relay, ISDN, HDLC, PPP
• Voice technologies: AudioCodes SBC, OVOC platform, SIP trunking, MOS, QoS

Desirable:

• Exposure to MPLS basics, LDP, TDP, TE
• Experience in SD-WAN, VoIP
• Strong customer handling experience across global regions
