Job Responsibilities:
Enterprise networking experience, specifically Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, Juniper Network architecture experience specifically Datacenter networks " "Enterprise networking experience, specifically Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, Juniper Network architecture experience specifically Datacenter networks / Site to Site VPN / VLAN Administration and Design. Cloud Network & Security skills (Preferably AWS or Azure) Serve as Tier 3 support resource (IT Escalation). On Call Rotation. Security & Compliance skills, Knowledge on Splunk Strong ITIL knowledge & experience Good customer handling skills Configuring & managing Routers, switches, Firewalls, Load balancers, VPN, Cloud Networking Architecting, Designing & Deployment of DC network and Cloud network taking into consideration security and compliance requirements Configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maximize network efficiency and security. Network administration & troubleshooting Network, Security devices and issues Maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting Updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases Must have experience in handling and resolving issues within defined SLA Experience in cloud platform (AWS or Azure) Proven knowledge of ITIL framework and service management practices\ good understanding of Change process High degree of flexibility and willing to work in rotational shifts including night shifts and on-call. Effective communication skills. Should be able to deal with users from across the regions.
