In this dynamic environment, Luminar Technologies Inc. is looking to hire a Network Administrator to join its team. The ideal candidate will be a reliable and self-motivated professional with exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving abilities. Operating within a fast-paced and high-performance setting, you will play a key role in maintaining a streamlined, secure network infrastructure and supporting special infrastructure projects. Collaboration with internal stakeholders from different departments will be essential, along with providing technical support as required. **Responsibilities:** - Assess network requirements in collaboration with internal teams and develop future-focused infrastructure strategies. - Implement and manage secure LAN/WAN environments utilizing Cisco Meraki and other enterprise-grade solutions. - Lead infrastructure projects aimed at enhancing network performance, security, and scalability. - Monitor network performance, analyze data, and generate quarterly reports with improvement recommendations. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues concerning wireless access, routing, switching, and remote connectivity. - Configure, manage, and optimize VPN infrastructure for secure remote access. - Administer Meraki firewall appliances to ensure network security. - Maintain updated documentation of network configurations, assets, and operational procedures. - Coordinate effectively with internal departments and external vendors to integrate services seamlessly. - Provide support during non-standard hours for emergencies and scheduled maintenance activities. **Minimum Qualifications:** - Proficiency in managing Cisco Meraki switches and wireless access points. - Sound knowledge of SD-WAN and multi-site network architectures. - Strong understanding of core networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SSH, SSL, NFS, and CIFS. - Experience in deploying and managing ISP circuits and coordinating with vendors. - Expertise in VPN technologies and secure remote access deployment. - Familiarity with network security principles, including firewall configuration and access control. - Understanding of file storage systems and encryption methods. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams. - Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills. - Physically capable of handling and transporting networking equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. - Willingness to work non-standard hours as needed. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience with Fortinet firewalls or other advanced network security appliances. - Relevant industry certifications such as CCNP, Network+, or equivalent. - Hands-on experience with Zscaler ZPA. - Ability to work in a hybrid model, offering both remote and on-site support.,
