Proficient in Python and standard libraries. Experience with automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Rest API). Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, web scraping, or automation of web-based systems. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). 1) Handling escalation calls from L1 and L2 resources and assist in resolution. 2) Manage day to day Network Operations, report and review incidents. 3) Configuration, Monitoring & Troubleshooting of Networking & Security devices (Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Load Balancers, etc., using products of leading OEMs like CISCO, Juniper etc.) 4) Design complex networks, provide solutions and maintain versions of documentation. 5) Desinged, implimented and Managed SD-WAN solution. 6) Manage & maintain medium to large scale MPLS WAN network 7) Experience in configuring BGP, EIGRP & OSPF with strong knowledge in TCP/ IP and OSI models and understanding of IP SLA, reporting, etc. 8) Timely resolution of calls / incidents related to all network issues within defined timelines. 9) Troubleshooting on various layers (LAN & WAN i.e. Access, Distribution, Core). 10) Securing network systems by establishing and enforcing policies, defining and monitoring access. 11) Vendor Management and Asset & Inventory Management. 12) Regular Patching of all provisioned Network & Security devices 13) Prepare HLD & LLD, generate configuration template for Network changes, and hardening of Network devices. 14) Network equipment testing and maintaining audits. 15) Creation and Maintenance of blue-print document for NOC & SOC covering the processes and procedures. 16) Handling NOC Shift Operations across 24x7 17) Provide 24x7 Data Centre Network and its relevant operational support. Working hours: Night shift 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM (Can be flexible in timing) Location: Jubliee hills hyd Working Monday to Friday. We're looking for a Senior Network Engineer. Reporting to the Network Manager, our ideal candidate is out-of-the-box ready and motivated to keep themselves on task. You'll also work to proactively reduce recurrence of technical problems utilising standards, procedures, processes and best practices. This position supports a highly-available, network infrastructure. You'll be part of a team resolving installation, configuration, connectivity and application problems expeditiously to eliminate and/or minimise down time. Responsibilities: Install, configure, maintain, optimise, and troubleshoot network hardware globally. Ensure enterprise-wide network scalability and performance through performance monitoring, logging, packet analysis, and event correlation. Create designs for network infrastructure and specifications for individual devices and communications circuits. Create and maintain documentation of network design and modify to ensure network infrastructure is secure, reliable and scalable. Responsible for designing and executing all network upgrades required to allow for rapid company growth. Update and tune corporate firewalls Ensure network meets all required security standards and government regulations. Ensure firmware updates are deployed in a timely manner to mitigate risk. Maintains skills by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organisations. Develop project roadmaps, plan and implement project timelines, establish test plans, and recommend and implement new network technologies. Work with vendors, operational users, and technical personnel in a cross-team capacity. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree preferred. 8+ years' experience in a broad scope Network Engineer role. Experience with firewalls, VPN technologies, monitoring systems, and Wi-Fi. QoS experience. AWS Certified Advanced Networking certification a plus, but not required. Experience with dynamic routing protocols such as BGP and best practices for availability and performance. AWS experience in setting up VPC, Transit Gateways, etc. Experience with Networks Firewalls. Cisco Certification (CCNA or CCNP) a plus, but not required. Experience with internet architectures including multi-homing with ISPs, traffic engineering through manipulation of BGP attributes and best practice in peering. Understanding of VoIP support systems on a network Scripting, such as PHP a strong asset. Limited travel may be required, including internationally. Ability to provide support during off-hours and during incident situations.
