Network Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• firewalls (FAR)

• routing and switching

• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, ensuring minimal downtime.

• network security policies

• network health checks

• Manage user access, network permissions, and ensure adherence to security protocols.

• Coordinate with vendors and ISPs for issue resolution and upgrades.

• Maintain and document network infrastructure, configurations, and changes.

• Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of network systems.

Required Skills:

• firewalls (Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA, etc.)

• routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP)

• VPN, MPLS, load balancing, and proxy servers

• network monitoring tools

• security best practices

• network backup, DR planning, and patch management

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
