Role & responsibilities

Hardware & Network Engineer

What Youll Do:

Hardware Support:

Set up and install desktops, laptops, printers, and other essential IT devices.
Troubleshoot and repair system issues like faulty RAM, hard drives, and motherboards.
Keep our asset inventory clean and updated.
Handle regular preventive checks to avoid downtime.
Work with vendors for procurement, AMC, and warranty services.

Network Operations:

Deploy and configure LAN, WAN, and wireless networks in the plant.
Monitor the health of network systems and resolve connection issues.
Configure and maintain network devices — switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points.
Use tools like Fluke testers to certify cabling and connectivity.
Set up VLANs, manage IP schemes, DHCP, and DNS settings.
Document the network structure, device setup, and IP layout.
