Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and optimize
NetSuite supply chain processes
.
Oversee
Product Master
configurations, including sub-assemblies and kits.
Manage
inventory processes
, ensuring visibility and accuracy.
Configure and support
cost management
within NetSuite.
Lead
Bill of Materials (BOM)
and
Work Order
setup and execution.
Streamline
Order Management
workflows.
Ensure real-time
in-transit inventory visibility
.
Implement and manage
consigned inventory processes
.
Oversee and optimize
cycle counting
for improved accuracy.
Partner with stakeholders to identify gaps, propose solutions, and deliver enhancements.
Act as the
architect and advisor
for all supply chain-related NetSuite requirements.

Requirements:

Senior-level / Architect experience
in NetSuite supply chain management.
Strong functional expertise across:
Product Master (sub-assemblies, kits)
Inventory & Cost Management
Bill of Materials (BOM)
Work Orders
Order Management
In-Transit & Consigned Inventory Management
Cycle Counting
Proven experience designing and deploying
end-to-end NetSuite supply chain solutions
.
Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work onsite in
Fremont, CA (4 days per week)
