SAP S/4HANA Quality Management (QM)

Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Quality Management (QM) Client Workstream Lead Location: Brussels, Belgium (Onsite Requirement) Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Client Workstream Lead for the Quality Management (QM) function within a major SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The successful candidate will act as the key liaison between the business stakeholders and the System Integrator (non-TCS), ensuring alignment and successful execution of the end-to-end solution delivery across QM and related supply chain domains. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the Client Workstream Lead for Quality Management (QM). Act as the primary point of contact between client-side Business Teams and the System Integrator (not TCS). Lead regular engagements with business stakeholders to gather requirements and align priorities with delivery activities. Drive the Order-to-Cash (OTC) workstream from a client perspective, ensuring business requirements are accurately translated into solution design. Oversee all phases of delivery including process design, blueprinting, solution design, testing, and cutover. Support planning and inventory allocation activities within the overall supply chain strategy. Ensure integration and alignment of QM processes with order-to-delivery, batch master, delivery, and product segmentation within SAP S/4HANA. Essential Skills: Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Quality Management (QM) . Proven experience with end-to-end supply chain integration , including planning, order-to-delivery, and product traceability. In-depth knowledge of QM integration with batch master data and product segmentation. Full lifecycle SAP implementation experience (blueprinting to go-live). Familiarity with data migration, cutover planning , and post-go-live support in large SAP programs. Desirable Skills: Demonstrated experience leading OTC workstreams from the client's side. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement , and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and represent the client confidently in design and governance meetings. Strong analytical mindset and solution-oriented approach. Experience Required: 810 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA QM and supply chain projects. Prior experience in client-facing leadership roles in SAP implementations.
