NetSuite ERP Business Analyst CRM and E-commerce

Role Overview: You are being sought after by a US top Auto Inspection company as a skilled NetSuite ERP Business Analyst to configure and integrate CRM and e-commerce applications with their NetSuite ERP. Your main responsibilities will include working with project managers to capture configuration requirements, translating requirements into NetSuite configurations, executing projects to configure CRM and e-commerce tools, and training key users on new system configurations. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, business/financial acumen, problem-solving skills, and communication skills. You should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing NetSuite deployments and new integrations. Key Responsibilities: - Mapping and Understanding Business Processes: Identify requirements, scope, and objectives related to business strategies. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective ERP solutions. - Streamlining Operations: Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and leverage NetSuite capabilities to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. - ERP System Configuration: Translate business requirements into ERP solutions by designing functions and workflows. Manage internal and external resources for system configuration changes and ensure integrations with other applications to support business operations. - Project Management: Manage resources to ensure tasks are completed within assigned deadlines for successful implementations. - Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the NetSuite system. Manage data imports, exports, and conduct regular audits to maintain data quality. - Support: Provide technical support and training to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system-related problems for smooth operation. - Creating Documentation: Write and execute functional test plans, user guides, training curriculum, policies, and other documentation to support system use and maintenance. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst, ERP Architect, or a similar role. - Strong background in CRM tools and processes. - Experience with e-commerce tools such as SuiteCommerce, BigCommerce, and WooCommerce. - Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Project management skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - NetSuite Administrator, SuiteFoundation, and ERP Consultant certifications are a plus.,
