NetSuite Administrator/Developer

As a NetSuite Administrator/Developer, your role involves managing and optimizing the NetSuite ERP platform to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include: - **System Administration:** - Manage day-to-day operations of the NetSuite platform, such as user account maintenance, data imports, and system customization. - Perform regular system audits and prepare for upgrades and new feature releases. - **Customization and Development:** - Develop and maintain custom scripts using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteTalk. - Customize NetSuite fields, forms, records, and workflows to align with business needs. - Implement and manage integrations between NetSuite and other business systems. - **Process Improvement:** - Analyze business processes, identify areas for enhancement, and implement best practices. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Your experience should include 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in NetSuite ERP administration and development, proficiency in scripting with SuiteScript, and familiarity with SuiteCloud Developer tools like SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteTalk. Key Skills required for this role: - Knowledge of Power BI is beneficial. - Strong understanding of business processes, especially in finance, sales, and operations. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and capability to work effectively under pressure. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team. - Project management skills are advantageous. Desirable Certifications: NetSuite certifications such as Administrator, SuiteFoundation, or ERP Consultant would be highly advantageous for this role.,
