NetSuite Administrator/Developer

You are an experienced NetSuite Administrator/Developer with 5-10 years of hands-on experience in NetSuite ERP administration and development. Your role involves managing and optimizing the NetSuite platform to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency. You will be responsible for system administration, customization and development, process improvement, and integration management. As a NetSuite Administrator/Developer, your key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations of the NetSuite platform, performing system audits, preparing for upgrades, and developing custom scripts using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteTalk. You will customize NetSuite fields, forms, records, and workflows, and implement integrations with other business systems. Additionally, you will analyze business processes, gather requirements from stakeholders, and translate them into technical solutions. The ideal candidate for this role possesses strong knowledge of NetSuite ERP, scripting with SuiteScript, and creating custom workflows and forms. You have experience with SuiteCloud Developer tools such as SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteTalk. Knowledge of Power BI is appreciated, along with a solid understanding of business processes in finance, sales, and operations. You excel in problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, and can work both independently and collaboratively. Project management skills are a plus. Having NetSuite certifications (Administrator, SuiteFoundation, or ERP Consultant) is highly desirable for this position.
