helping to enhance system efficiency, improve reporting, and integrate NetSuite with critical
platforms like finance tools and Salesforce. You'll be expected to own the administration
function while proactively engaging with stakeholders across the business.
End-to-end administration of the NetSuite platform including user roles, permissions,
forms, workflows, and dashboards
Design, configure, and maintain saved searches, reports, KPIs, and analytics for
functional teams
Lead integrations with:
participate in retrospectives
Conduct data migrations, mass updates, and regular audits using CSV imports
Collaborate with finance, sales, operations, and IT teams to understand and deliver on
business requirements
Provide user training, create documentation, and act as the go-to NetSuite expert
within the organization

Manage sandbox refreshes, bundle deployments, and release previews

Strong functional knowledge of NetSuite modules: Financials, CRM, Inventory, O2C,
and P2P
Ability to configure workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and custom reports
Experience handling stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination
Experience with SuiteCommerce or NetSuite custom portals
Understanding of sandbox management and release cycle best practices
