Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud implementations.
• Strong understanding of field service management processes.
• Proficiency in Java, SQL, and REST APIs.
• Experience with data migration and integration with other enterprise applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
