Job Description

.NET WinForms Developer


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop, maintain, and enhance

    WinForms-based desktop applications

    using C# and .NET Framework / .NET Core.
  • Design intuitive and responsive user interfaces based on business requirements.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
  • Integrate applications with

    SQL Server

    databases, stored procedures, and APIs.
  • Troubleshoot and debug application issues, including performance optimization.
  • Implement reports, data grids, printing modules, and custom UI controls.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and refine solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, documentation, and version control processes.
  • Ensure application stability, security, and efficient memory usage


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–6+ years of hands-on experience developing desktop applications using

    WinForms

    and

    C#

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    OOP

    , design patterns, and event-driven programming.
  • Proficiency in

    SQL Server

    , T-SQL, stored procedures, and database design.
  • Experience with

    third-party UI controls

    (DevExpress, Telerik, Syncfusion, etc.) is a major advantage.
  • Knowledge of

    Entity Framework / ADO.NET

    for database operations.
  • Familiarity with

    Crystal Reports

    ,

    RDLC

    , or other reporting tools.
  • Experience with Git or other version control systems.
