Role Overview: As a member of Viraaj HR Solutions, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust back-end components using C# and ASP.NET. You will also create dynamic front-end applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. Your role will involve designing and implementing RESTful APIs for seamless data integration, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and participating in Agile ceremonies. Additionally, you will be expected to write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices, optimize application performance, and stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain robust back-end components using C# and ASP.NET. - Create dynamic front-end applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. - Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless data integration. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. - Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality. - Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Debug and troubleshoot application issues in both development and production environments. - Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices. - Implement and automate unit tests to ensure application reliability. - Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability. - Participate in the design and maintenance of database systems and architecture. - Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to improve development processes. - Document development processes, code changes, and application architecture. - Engage in continuous learning and professional development activities. - Assist in the technical onboarding process for new team members. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in .NET Full Stack development. - Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API. - Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js. - Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles. - Proficient in writing and managing SQL queries for relational databases. - Familiarity with tools like Git, SVN for version control. - Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects. - Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure or AWS) is a plus. - Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices. - Understanding of application security principles. - Willingness to learn new technologies as needed.,
