.NET Full-Stack Lead

Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Full-Stack Lead with strong hands-on experience in backend development using .NET Core and frontend frameworks such as React.js or Angular. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise across full-stack development, API architecture, and cloud technologies. This role will lead development initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality delivery of enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities

-Lead end-to-end full-stack development using .NET Core and React.js / Angular.-Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure web applications.-Build responsive and intuitive UI components using modern JavaScript frameworks.-Develop RESTful APIs or GraphQL services and integrate with front-end modules.-Ensure high performance, code quality, and maintainability across the software stack.-Guide and mentor developers within the team on best practices and coding standards.-Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and QA teams to deliver features.-Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and solution design.-Work with cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP) for application deployment and maintenance.-Ensure timely delivery and support initiatives requiring overlap with US teams.

Required Skills & Experience

-6-10 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer or .NET Developer.-Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, Web API.-Proven experience in frontend development using React.js or Angular.-Hands-on experience with REST APIs and/or GraphQL.-Strong understanding of software design principles, OOP, and modern web architectures.-Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP).-Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

-React.js is preferred (future framework direction), but Angular or Vue.js experience is also acceptable.-Experience in GraphQL-based API development.-Exposure to microservices and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Work Arrangement

-Hybrid model 2,3 days per week working from office in Bangalore.-Working hours 11am-8pm with a requirement for 4-hour overlap with US business hours.
