Job Description

Freelinker is hiring an experienced Senior Technical Lead to spearhead project delivery across modern Microsoft technologies, including .NET Core, Azure Cloud, Azure SQL, and Azure Databricks. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on tech leader with strong software architecture skills, proven experience managing cross-functional teams, and the ability to execute complex projects end-to-end.

This is a client-facing and team-mentoring role suited for individuals who enjoy owning technical outcomes and leading from the front.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle project delivery using .NET Core, Azure services, and Azure Databricks.
• Architect robust, scalable, and secure enterprise-grade solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to finalize technical requirements and milestones.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership to developers, enforcing coding standards and best practices.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across environments and provide effective solutions.
• Ensure proper project documentation and participate in code/design reviews.
• Identify technical risks and lead mitigation planning with clear communication.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 10 years of software development experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong hands-on experience in .NET Core, Azure SQL, and Azure Databricks.
• Experience with Big Data processing and Apache Spark within Azure ecosystems.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Strong command over Agile methodologies, DevOps principles, and project delivery frameworks.
• Proven leadership abilities with excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Azure and/or Databricks certifications are a significant advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Exposure to enterprise-level client environments and stakeholder communication.
• Prior experience working on high-volume transaction systems or data platforms.
