Job Description: We seek a talented and experienced Software Developer with 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in the Microsoft stack to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing scalable applications, with additional experience in Azure Cloud and IoT solutions being a strong advantage. Candidates with exposure to mobile application developmentin Flutter will be given preference. Candidates with experience in the logistics or inventory management domain will be given preference. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain software applications using the Microsoft technology stack, including .NET, C#, and SQL Server. Build and deploy cloud-based solutions on Microsoft Azure, leveraging services such as Azure Functions, App Services, and Azure DevOps. Optimize database performance by identifying and resolving issues, fine-tuning queries, and implementing indexing strategies. Key Skills and Experience Required: 1. Core Skills: o Strong experience in the Microsoft stack, including C#, .NET Core, Framework/Core, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, and SQL Server. o Extensive experience in web services, Web API, RESTful services, microservices, and API security best practices o Proficiency in SQL Server and database management, including designing schemas, writing complex queries, and optimising performance and creating stored procedures, database views,triggers, indexes. o Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus. o Leverage NoSQL databases (e.g., Cosmos DB, MongoDB) for scalable and efficient data management. o Build cloud-native and serverless applications using Azure Functions, Azure Queue Services, and other Azure services. o Solid understanding of software design principles, SOLID principles, and architectural patterns (e.g., MVC, MVVM). o Knowledge of frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (Angular or React) is a plus. 2. Cloud Expertise: o Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud, including services like Azure Functions, Logic Apps, App Services, Azure Storage, Azure Storage, Cosmos DB and Key Vault, Azure Queue Services, Event Hubs, or other messaging systems. o Utilize Azure services to architect, deploy, and manage cloud services 3. Additional Skills (Good to have): o Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)for CI/CD pipelines. o Understanding ofIoT architectures, protocols (e.g., MQTT, AMQP), and device communication. 4. Domain Knowledge (Preferred): o Understanding of logistics and inventory management workflows and challenges. o Ability to design solutions that address domain-specific needs. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, or a related field. 3 to 7 years ofrelevant experience in software development.
