Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing (Tool Steel) to expand our market presence and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development, client acquisition, sales strategy execution, and relationship management within the tool steel industry. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development - Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for tool steel products. - Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. - Build relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and key decision-makers in the tool steel sector. Market Research & Strategy - Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. - Provide insights on pricing strategies and product positioning. Client Relationship Management - Engage with existing and potential customers to understand their requirements. - Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. - Handle after-sales support and maintain strong client relationships. Marketing & Promotion - Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote tool steel products. - Participate in industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events to enhance brand visibility. Sales Reporting & Coordination - Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management. - Work closely with the production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Skills & Competencies: Proven experience in sales & marketing of tool steel or related industrial products. Strong B2B sales and client relationship management skills. Knowledge of market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor analysis. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and drive results. Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
