Job Description

Experience: 3-8 years in International Sales Eligibility: Graduation and above (Regular candidates preferred) Preferred Industry: Printing & Packaging (Other industries considered based on interview performance) Skills Required: Excellent English communication (written & spoken) Preference: Candidates from Faridabad or within a 30 km radius. Relocation candidates will be considered. Note: Virtual interviews are not applicable for this position. Work Timings & Guidelines: Shift: 8 AM to 6 PM Personal phone usage is not allowed during working hours. Company will provide an official SIM for client communication. Position Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) - International Sales to drive business growth in global markets, particularly the Middle East and other strategic regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, market analysis, sales strategy execution, and client relationship management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Identify and cold-call potential clients to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline. Use online search techniques to develop a targeted list of potential customers. Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients. 2. Market Analysis & Strategy Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge. Analyze sales data, competitor performance, and market insights to identify new business opportunities. 3. Sales & Business Development Expand business in assigned international territories, focusing on the Middle East and other regions. Identify client requirements and prepare customized technical proposals showcasing the companys solutions in the process and manufacturing industry. 4. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and contract terms to close successful deals. 5. Technical & Commercial Proposals Develop costing, design, and techno-commercial offers aligned with client needs. Prepare and present seminars, exhibitions, and client presentations to promote company offerings. 6. Reporting & Coordination Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports detailing prospecting activities and achievements. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business development strategies. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Proven track record in international sales & business development. Technical Knowledge: Market research, competitor analysis, and strategic planning. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Flexibility: Willingness to travel internationally as needed. Personal Attributes: Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently & in a team environment. Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic work culture.
