The ideal candidate will be responsible for **business development, client acquisition, sales strategy execution, and relationship management** within the tool steel industry. **Key Responsibilities:** **Sales & Business Development** - Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for tool steel products. - Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. - Build relationships with **manufacturers, distributors, and key decision-makers** in the tool steel sector. **Market Research & Strategy** - Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. - Provide insights on pricing strategies and product positioning. **Client Relationship Management** - Engage with existing and potential customers to understand their requirements. - Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. - Handle after-sales support and maintain strong client relationships. **Marketing & Promotion** - Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote tool steel products. - Participate in industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events to enhance brand visibility. **Sales Reporting & Coordination** - Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management. - Work closely with the **production, logistics, and finance teams** to ensure seamless order fulfillment. **Skills & Competencies:** Proven experience in **sales & marketing of tool steel or related industrial products**. Strong **B2B sales and client relationship management skills**. Knowledge of **market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor analysis**. Excellent **communication, negotiation, and presentation skills**. Ability to work independently and drive results. Willingness to **travel for client meetings and business development**.
