Qualification Requirements (Strict Criteria)
We are hiring highly qualified Biology faculty who have a strong command over NEET-level syllabus.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Qualification from Top Colleges / Tier-1 Institutes (St. Xavier’s, Ruia, Fergusson, AIIMS-like institutions, top universities, etc.)
• NEET Cracked Candidates (with strong Biology score) preferred
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in:
• B.Sc / M.Sc (Biology, Zoology, Botany, Microbiology, Biotech, Life Sciences)
• MBBS / BDS (Optional but an advantage)
• Strong academic record with deep understanding of NCERT Biology

Preferred:

• Prior NEET coaching experience
• Ability to prepare high-level NEET content

Job ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Delivery

• Teach NEET Biology (Class 11 & 12) with complete conceptual clarity.
• Cover the syllabus according to NEET exam pattern & timeline.
• Conduct detailed explanations of NCERT line-by-line concepts.
• Provide in-depth teaching for Botany & Zoology chapters.
• Conduct doubt-solving for all levels—basic to advanced.

Content Development

• Prepare notes, assignments, worksheets & question banks.
• Design high-quality NEET-level MCQs, PYQs & mock test papers.
• Analyse NEET exam trends & upgrade academic content.

Student Performance Monitoring

• Track student progress through weekly/monthly tests.
• Identify weak areas and prepare improvement plans.
• Support individual learning needs & doubt sessions.

Academic Discipline

• Ensure timely syllabus completion as per institute planning.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality & professional behaviour.
• Coordinate with academic heads & participate in meetings.

Skills & Competencies Required

• Strong command over NCERT Biology (11th & 12th)
• Ability to teach complex concepts in simple, clear manner
• High-level MCQ solving capability
• Excellent communication & classroom management
• Updated knowledge of NEET exam trends
• Ability to prepare competitive-level content
• Student motivation & mentoring ability

Experience Requirements

• 1–3 years of NEET coaching experience preferred
• Fresh NEET-cracked candidates with strong Biology knowledge may also apply
• Candidates with research or medical background hold an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹600.00 - ₹800.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 6 per week

Work Location: In person
