We are looking out for Structural design Engineer ( Oil and Gas) for our client office in Navi Mumbai Qualification- BE/ BTECH/ DIPLOMA IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING Should be open to Travel KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- - Project Estimations- Prepare project design basis for stress analysis. - Technical issues solving. - Responsible for Static and Dynamic pipe stress analysis for all types of projects. - Review of Clients technical documentation & requirements. - Responsible for project planning for piping stress analysis task. - Capable of reviewing Stress Reports, stress critical line lists, system formation, and support markup. -Should have hands on experience of software CAESAR II, AutoPipe, Rohr 2 / Peps. modelling and analysing piping and pipeline systems. -Capable of carrying out all calculations related to stress analysis of the systems such as Nozzle Displacement of various equipments, Slug force, Trunnion Calculations, PSV calculations, -Expansion Loop calculations, Expansion Joint, Spring/Hanger & Special support selection, Flange Leakage etc. -Capable of commenting and optimizing (routing changes, support location & type, etc.) on isometrics for updating in 3D model. -Check and issue piping loads to structural discipline for the design of pipe support, pipe-rack/technological structures, and foundations. -Verification of topography survey with chain age points for pipeline layout -Resource planning, work distribution, providing technical direction and assigning work to engineers on specific assignments. -Collaborate with other engineering disciplines. -Lead a team of 5-10 people. -Knowledge of all international codes and standards. -Presentation skills, organizing skills, Forward thinking, Innovation, and problem solving. -Flexible to work on challenging schedules. -Adherence to Quality Assurance system, procedures, Design basis, design guidelines /Standards/specifications as applicable. -Liasoning work with customers and vendors. -Change management. -QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS- -Bachelors or masters degree in mechanical engineering or a related field. -Software skills CAESAR II, Auto Pipe, Rohr 2 / Peps NAVIS WORKS AutoCAD MS Office, Relevant Tools Knowledge If the position interests you and you find a fitment kindly share your cv at contact Pranav - 7011354635

EDUCATION REQUIRED: BE/B-Tech or Diploma -Electrical Engineering YEARS OF EXPERIENCE : 10-20 Years SKILL / TOOLS KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED Revit, AutoCAD, Navis works, Dialux, AGI 32, Visual, Etap, SKM MS Office MUST REQUIRED SKILLS 10+ years of experience in electrical design, with a strong portfolio of US and European projects. Proven experience in BIM management and integration within MEP projects (Revit, AutoCAD). In-depth knowledge of electrical codes and standards in the US and Europe (NEC, IEC, BS, etc.). Experience in leading electrical design for multi-disciplinary teams on complex projects. Strong proficiency in electrical design software, including Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and BIM tools. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Experience in performing electrical system calculations, energy modeling, and simulation. Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and teams effectively. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Carry out mechanical equipment group activities, including preparation and updating of technical specifications and datasheets. Evaluate vendor offers and conduct technical bid analysis for equipment and packages. Prepare equipment layouts for warehouse areas, process areas, and utility areas, working closely with draftsman. Manage multiple projects as Lead Engineer, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality management systems. Coordinate with projects, piping, civil, electrical, and instrumentation teams during design execution. Timely completion of documents and drawings, and obtaining client approvals. Develop and implement activities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity in the department. Requirements Mechanical Engineering degree is a must. Minimum 20+ years of experience in Mechanical Department of a consultancy organization. Understanding of process P&IDs and instruments. Knowledge of utilities, water systems, rotary equipment, process equipment, pumps, CIP, hygienic design. Working knowledge of warehouse equipment, process equipment in FMCG, food, pharmaceutical. Knowledge of utilities systems, such as cooling water systems, boilers, compressed air, and instrument air systems. Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with clients, vendors, and other engineering disciplines. Good understanding of requirements of downstream groups, such as piping, instrumentation, and mechanical. Awareness of software like AutoCAD and Navis Works. Leadership qualities and ability to lead and guide a group of engineers. Understanding of project requirements, such as productivity and schedule work hour control. Participation in safety reviews, such as HAZOP and SIL. Participation in 3D model reviews. Experience in preparation of FEED documents and PMC projects. Exposure to national and international codes and standards.
