As an experienced Designer in the I&C discipline, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Knowledge of design stages and Design Deliverables of I&C discipline - Experience and knowledge of I&C Design and 3D modeling using SP3D for various components such as Cable trays, Conduits, Instrument Equipment, Junction Boxes, Remote IO Panels, Local Panels, Analyser shelters, Multi Cable transits (MCTs) - Proficiency in conducting Model reviews and actively participating in model reviews - Ability to independently complete all I&C Design related activities in compliance with applicable codes and standards - Proficiency in using Design related software like AutoCAD, MicroStation, SPR, NAVIS Works, and Microsoft Office - Preparation and review of Detailed Engineering Design Deliverables including Instrument Hook-up, Loop Diagram, Tray and conduit layout, Trench layout, Location Plan, Conduit wiring drawings and conduit modeling, Junction box and Panel wiring Diagram, Functional Loop Schematics, Tray, Cable and Tubing Material BOM/BOQ, Cable Schedule etc. - Preparation and review of all I&C design deliverables independently in compliance with Quality System - Familiarity with relevant codes and standards applicable to O&G / Chemical plants - Experience in Participation in Model Review and Squad Check process - Knowledge of instrument installation practices and standards, construction sequence and requirements, access and egress related requirements - Knowledge of wiring schemes for ESD/DCS and RTU/SCADA applicable to O&G / Chemical plants - Understanding of Low Voltage Electrical Systems, Gas detection system, and cable separation requirements is desirable - Ability to work in a team, support the project deliverables as per schedule, and collaborate with other disciplines for requisite inputs is desirable - Good verbal and written communication skills - Experience of working on international projects and client is preferred - Experienced with performing IDC of interdisciplinary checks of I&C deliverables and other discipline drawings - Experience of Green and Brown field projects No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.
