National Sales Manager-Fabric Amartex

You are an experienced and dynamic National Sales Manager with 15-18 years of experience, preferably holding an MBA in Sales & Marketing. You have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business revenue, along with experience in dealing with cutters, wholesalers, and agents. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding the dealer network across India, driving fabric sales through effective marketing, managing relationships with cutters, wholesalers, and agents, and ensuring targets are consistently met. Your strategic insight, leadership capabilities, and operational expertise will be crucial in spearheading sales growth, maintaining control over product quality, and contributing to new product development. Your key responsibilities will include developing and strengthening the dealer & cutter network across India, identifying potential markets, and onboarding new dealers & cutters to enhance market penetration. You will strategically market fabric to cutters, wholesalers, and agents to boost sales, increase the number of agents, and ensure their alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, you will monitor and maintain the quality of fabrics being marketed and sold, ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving quality-related concerns promptly. Collaborating with the product development team to introduce innovative fabrics that meet market trends and demands will be essential. Market analysis and strategy development will also be part of your responsibilities, including analyzing market competition and trends, developing and implementing strategic plans to outpace competitors, and capturing market share. You will lead and motivate the sales team across regions, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide guidance to improve productivity. Tracking and reporting sales metrics regularly, using data-driven insights to plan future sales strategies, and improving team performance will also be crucial aspects of your role. The salary offered for this position ranges from 8.40 to 10.80 Lac per Annum.
