Develop and executeannual and monthly sales plans, ensuring achievement of revenue and market share targets.
Manage and mentorall regional sales teamsto ensure consistent performance, accountability, and motivation.
Build and expand thedealer and distributor networkacross all over india, ensuring long-term partnerships and profitability.
OverseeB2G tender submissionsand institutional sales for corporate farms, NGOs, and government entities.
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and product teams to ensure effective supply chain, product readiness, and delivery timelines.
Monitor sales KPIs, analyse performance reports, and drive data-backed improvements in sales execution.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to refine strategies based on market intelligence.
Promote brand visibility and ensure consistent product representation across dealer outlets nationwide.
Proven experience leading regional or national sales teams.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills with a data-driven mindset.
Proficiency inMS Office applications; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
Excellent communication skills & Multiple language skill is preferable
Willingness totravel up to 50%nationwide.
