National Sales & Business Development Manager – Luxury Shawls & Accessories


Location: Delhi (Pan-India responsibility)


About the Role

Dusala India is seeking a hardcore, result-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to expand our offline footprint. We are already present in Aza and Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop — now we need someone who can leverage these relationships and aggressively place Dusala across personal boutiques, luxury hotels, spas, high-end restaurants, airport retail, and curated lifestyle spaces.


This is not an apparel sales role — Dusala is an accessories-first brand with a focus on shawls, stoles, belts, purses, and jewelry, with select clothing. The candidate must have proven experience selling luxury accessories and the network to deliver placements from Day 1.


Key Responsibilities

  •  Place Dusala in personal, curated boutiques (e.g. Why You, Delhi and similar).

  •  Secure Dusala presence in luxury hotels, spas, resorts, and restaurants.

  •  Negotiate low-cost/profit-share kiosks in premium venues for direct sales.

  •  Drive bulk orders and corporate gifting placements (weddings, festivals, corporates).

  •  Strengthen Dusala’s visibility in airport retail and multi-brand outlets.

  •  Deliver ₹1.5–2 crore annual offline sales, scaling monthly targets each quarter.



Candidate Profile

  •  Experience: 5–10 years in luxury accessories sales (shawls, scarves, belts, handbags, jewelry, or similar).

  •  Track Record: Must have handled collections for brands like Ahuja Sons, Pashtush, Janavi, or equivalent.

  •  Network: Direct buyer access (real WhatsApp/phone reach) to boutiques, hotels, spas, and airport buyers.

  •  Skills: Aggressive sales closures, relationship building, creative placement strategies.

  •  Mindset: Hungry, entrepreneurial, capable of delivering results from Day 1.



Compensation

  •  Base Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹65,000/month (depending on experience & network).

  •  Incentives:

  •  2% commission on confirmed sales.

  •  3–4% commission on sales above monthly targets.

  •  ₹5,000–₹10,000 bonus for each new boutique/hotel/kiosk placement.


Illustration: Sales closed = ₹25 lakh in a month → Total payout = ₹1 lakh+ (including incentives & bonuses).
