Job Description

Lead the
Pan India channel & distributor network
for the companys decorative products and flooring division.
Develop, implement, and monitor
channel sales strategy
to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify and
onboard new distributors and dealers
, expanding coverage in strategic markets.
Strengthen and maintain
relationships with existing distributors, key accounts, and regional partners.
Monitor
sales performance, inventory management, and collection cycles
across regions.
Work closely with
marketing, product, and operations teams
to ensure smooth product delivery and promotional campaigns.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
Lead, mentor, and develop
regional channel heads and sales teams
to achieve operational excellence.
Drive initiatives to improve
channel efficiency, brand visibility, and market penetration.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate / MBA or equivalent qualification.
Extensive experience in
channel management, distributor network leadership, and sales operations
, preferably in
building materials, decorative products, flooring, or interiors
.
Strong
negotiation, networking, and leadership skills
.
Proven record in
driving Pan India growth through distributor and dealer networks
.
Ability to travel extensively across India for business development.
