National Head - Auctions

Job Summary:

We're looking for a dynamic National Head - Vehicle Auction to lead and grow our online and offline vehicle auction business across India. You'll drive major business growth, secure agreements with top banks and NBFCs, and create smart strategies to boost performance in every state. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Business Growth:
• Create and lead national plans to increase vehicle sales through online and offline auctions.
• Build strong relationships and sign agreements with major banks, NBFCs, and corporate clients for vehicle inventory.
• Expand our auction presence into new areas and vehicle types across India.
• Meet ambitious sales targets for auction volume and value.
• Lead & Improve Teams (Pan-India):
• Manage and develop our team of regional auction managers and business developers nationwide.
• Analyze performance data from each state to find areas for improvement.
• Develop and put into action specific strategies for each state to boost results.
• Encourage a culture of constant improvement and accountability.
• Strategy & Innovation:
• Research market trends and competitors in the Indian vehicle auction market.
• Work with other teams (Tech, Ops, Marketing) to improve our auction platforms and processes.
• Provide key insights to senior management for business expansion.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Experience:
• 15+ years in vehicle auctions, asset recovery, or financial services.
• At least 7 years in a senior leadership role with Pan-India team management and growth responsibility.
• Strong background in both online and offline vehicle auctions.
• Proven success in securing agreements with banks/NBFCs.

Experience with data analysis and strategic planning for regional improvement

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
