Job Title:

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated NAPS to join our team. As a NAPS Trainee, you will undergo structured training and hands-on experience across various departments to develop technical skills, understand operational processes, and contribute to ongoing projects. This role is ideal for fresh diploma graduates looking to build a strong foundation in engineering and manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in on-the-job training across different engineering functions such as production, quality, maintenance, assembly and other departments..
Assist senior engineers in daily operations, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
Learn and apply standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality standards.
Support in documentation, reporting, and analysis of technical data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand workflow and contribute to team goals.
Engage in continuous learning and development activities as part of the training program.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related engineering disciplines.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
Basic understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
