Position: Nanny (Baby Caretaker) - Female

Location: Families across India and Northeast (including Guwahati or other hometowns)

Job Summary:

Projexel Foundation is looking to recruit dedicated and compassionate female Baby Caretakers (Nannies) for full-time live-in positions with families in Guwahati, nearby hometowns, or outside the state. The caretakers will be responsible for ensuring the well-being, hygiene, and daily care of infants and young children in a home-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take care of infants or toddlers with affection, patience, and responsibility
• Feed the baby/child as per schedule and assist with bottle feeding or solid meals
• Bathe, dress, and maintain hygiene for the child
• Monitor health, mood, and sleep patterns and report concerns to the family
• Engage the child in age-appropriate indoor play, storytelling, and early learning activities
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of the baby’s environment
• Assist in sterilizing feeding items, laundry of baby clothes, and organizing baby belongings
• Support basic household tasks when required and when baby is resting

Eligibility Criteria:

• Gender: Female
• Age: 20 to 60 years
• Minimum Education: Class 10 pass

Experience:

• Prior experience in childcare, babysitting, or as a nanny is preferred
• Basic understanding of baby care, hygiene, and feeding practices
• Language Skills: Able to communicate in Hindi or English
• Commitment: Must be available for work for a minimum period of one year.

Employment Terms:

• The employee will be on-roll with Projexel Foundation
• Monthly salary will be transferred directly to the employee’s bank account
• Accommodation and food will be provided free of cost at the placement location
• Travel to the placement site will be facilitated by Projexel Foundation
• Regular support and coordination will be provided by our team
• Selected candidates must report to the Projexel Foundation office in Guwahati
• A mandatory 2-day orientation program will be conducted at the Guwahati office before deployment
• Deployment to families will take place only after successful completion of the orientation

Salary Structure:

• For placements in Guwahati/hometown: ₹7,000 – ₹10,000 per month
• For placements outside the state: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
