Nail Technician trainer

As an experienced and passionate Nail Technician Trainer, your role involves educating, inspiring, and mentoring aspiring nail technicians. You will design and deliver training programs, teach theoretical knowledge and practical skills, demonstrate proper techniques, monitor student progress, and stay updated on industry trends. Additionally, you will develop lesson plans, assess trainees, mentor students, maintain records, and ensure compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Design and deliver training programs from beginner to advanced levels. - Teach theoretical knowledge and practical skills in nail services. - Demonstrate proper tool use, techniques, and safety procedures. - Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback. - Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and products. - Develop lesson plans, handouts, and instructional materials. - Assess trainees through exams, practical assessments, and reviews. - Mentor and motivate students towards professionalism. - Maintain training records and assist in curriculum updates. - Ensure compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations. Qualifications and Skills: - Certified Nail Technician with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience. - Experience in training, education, or leadership in a salon or academic environment. - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of teaching methodologies and curriculum development. - Up-to-date with nail trends, techniques, and health & safety standards. - Patience and enthusiasm for mentoring learners of varying skill levels. - Organized, detail-oriented, and strong time management skills.
