Nail Technician trainer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Nail Technician Trainer to educate, inspire, and mentor aspiring nail technicians. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nail care, teaching experience (or a natural talent for instruction), and a commitment to maintaining industry standards. You will be responsible for delivering theoretical and practical training in nail services such as manicures, pedicures, nail art, and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver training programs for beginner to advanced nail technicians.
• Teach both theoretical knowledge (e.g., nail anatomy, hygiene standards) and practical skills (e.g., gel, acrylics, nail art).
• Demonstrate proper use of tools, techniques, and safety procedures.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay current on trends, techniques, and new products in the nail industry.
• Develop lesson plans, handouts, and instructional materials.
• Assess trainees through exams, practical assessments, and performance reviews.
• Mentor and motivate students to achieve high standards of skill and professionalism.
• Maintain training records and assist in curriculum updates.
• Ensure compliance with local licensing, health, and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Certified Nail Technician with at least 3–5 years of hands-on experience.
• Experience as a trainer, educator, or team leader in a salon or academic setting.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of teaching methodologies and curriculum development.
• Up-to-date with current nail trends, techniques, and health & safety standards.
• Patience and enthusiasm for mentoring learners of varying skill levels.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹29,260.49 per month
