Expertise in MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Microsoft SQL Server o Experience in database backup & recovery, replication, and optimization o Hands-on experience with public cloud-based DBaaS services (e.g., AWS RDS, Azure SQL) Cloud Experience: Professional experience with Azure (mandatory), AWS is beneficial Scripting: Proficiency in Bash (preferred), Python, or any scripting language Linux Server Management: Hands-on experience in supporting and troubleshooting Linux servers Monitoring & Troubleshooting: o Experience with enterprise database monitoring tools o Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Good-to-Have Skills: Database Migrations: Experience migrating databases from on-premises to the cloud Log Management Tools: Familiarity with Elastic Stack (preferred), Graylog, or Splunk Networking Concepts: Good understanding of TCP/IP, VPNs, Firewalls System Administration: Experience with Linux and Windows administration Monitoring Tools: Experience with Nagios, CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus Deployment Methodologies: Experience with Blue-Green deployments CI/CD Tools: Experience with GitLab or Jenkins Secret Management: Familiarity with HashiCorp Vault Programming Knowledge: Experience with any high-level programming language Job Responsibilities: Deploy and manage resilient application stacks using Infrastructure as Code and DevOps best practices Skills: python,database replication,gitlab,postgresql,bash,grafana,prometheus,microsoft sql server,management,elastic stack,nagios,enterprise database monitoring tools,mysql,database,aws,linux,azure,hashicorp vault,cloud,jenkins,linux server management,database optimization,cloudwatch,database backup & recovery,networking concepts Show more Show less
